1.0 Consultation Bookings
Technical consultation bookings require forty-eight hours notice for rescheduling. Cancellations within this window forfeit the initial booking fee, as engineering resources are reserved specifically for your system analysis.
2.0 Engineering Deposits
Custom software development and workflow automation projects require a non-refundable commencement deposit. This deposit secures engineering sprint capacity and initial system architecture design, which cannot be reallocated once initiated.
3.0 Resource Allocation
Sovereign operations and dedicated business process outsourcing agreements operate on monthly cycles. Cancellation requests must be submitted thirty days prior to the next billing cycle to prevent automated resource provisioning.
4.0 Dispute Resolution
All custom software and BPO agreements are governed by transparent resolution protocols. Clients must submit a formal ticket through the operational hub before initiating external payment mediation processes.
